I've been using it for a year, overall the machine is satisfactory, but there are some drawbacks. The panel with the screen is silly and reacts to any touch. My bathroom is small, and there have been times when I was going about my business and accidentally leaned on the machine, causing it to pause because it thought I was pressing something. Another downside is the silly HomeWhiz app for controlling it. BEKO seems like such a poor company that they couldn't add a few more buttons on the panel for extra programs or custom settings. For instance, if you read the instructions, there's a cleaning program for the machine, but it's hidden in the app, and there's a program for washing soft toys. Of course, why just not add two buttons or expand the wheel? We won't even develop the app ourselves; we'll outsource it... and the app may just not work and give you a headache. It also annoys me that modern washing machines are so limited. Why can't I set it to 55 degrees or 15 or 24? Some Bosch from seven years ago could do it, but now these technologies are forgotten? I was looking for a washing machine not for all the money and for it to have an inverter motor and economical water consumption. I chose this model, it was suitable in all parameters. Works quietly; after the old machine, it feels like there's a cyborg living there (joke). The loudest it gets is when it fills and drains water; even the spin cycle seems quieter. I was able to install it myself, as the instructions are detailed. I leveled it during installation, and in 5 months, it has only shifted by 1-1.5 cm. It uses laundry detergent very economically (on a full drum of laundry in the “Cotton Eco” mode) - only 30 ml. If you add more, it simply doesn’t use all of it. Despite this, it washes clothes well and efficiently (both children's and adults'). Some dirty items that my wife couldn't handle manually, the machine managed to wash successfully. It spins laundry well (and that's at 800 spins out of a possible 1200). It's economical in terms of electricity and water consumption (judging by the manual). There are many different programs. It's great that there's a Bluetooth connection option. There are many different “perks” and foolproof protections. The design is nice and modern, making it look as if it's $5000 more expensive. The control panel is in Ukrainian. We are very pleased with it. After washing, water remains in the seal between the door and the drum (shown in the photo). It operates very quietly, practically like a direct drive.
