I received this dryer as a gift and have only used it once so far, but I have big plans for it. We made kabanos in it and are very pleased with the results. I liked that it has a timer, as not all models have one. Some products take a long time to dry and have to be left overnight, but with a timer, you don't have to worry, as the device will turn off automatically when the time is up. The mesh is not very large, suitable even for berries. The height of the trays is adjustable (trays can be flipped to increase their height). There is a timer with a display. Relatively compact size and lightweight compared to dehydrators. The height of the trays can be adjusted. Nothing to compare it with. Completely fulfills its tasks.
