Premium class wireless in-ear headphones from the recognized manufacturer of Hi-Fi and Hi-End audio equipment, the Danish company Bang & Olufsen. Positioned as a high-end product capable of meeting the highest demands in terms of design, functionality and sound quality. Reliably held in the ear, comfortable for long-term wearing. Equipped with high-quality electrodynamic drivers with a diameter of 5.7 mm, which, according to the manufacturer, are capable of reproducing a wide frequency and dynamic range.
This results in the excellent sound of the Bang&Olufsen BeoPlay E8 headphones, which has a smooth, balanced character that does not have pronounced bass or treble accents. Perfect for listening to any musical compositions of various genres. An energy-efficient Bluetooth 4.2 wireless interface and the AAC codec are used to transmit high-quality digital audio. Supports work with the Bang & Olufsen application, which is compatible with both Apple iPhone and Android smartphones. Thanks to the built-in microphones, the headphones can function as a wireless headset, as well as work in transparency mode, leveling the noise-isolating effect by broadcasting ambient sound. Managed by simple and easy to remember gestures. Equipped with batteries that provide up to 4 hours of battery life, and a charging case that increases this time by another 200%.

For real gourmets
Specialists from Bang & Olufsen are sensitive to trends and as soon as the demand for true wireless headphones appeared on the market, they immediately fussed and released a very interesting BeoPlay E8 model. Like any brainchild of a Danish company, these headphones are a product for connoisseurs of truly high-quality sound. They cost accordingly.
Hi-Fi sound without reservation
The first thing to start the review is, of course, the sound quality. We say right away, it's audiophile, uncompromising, hi-fi here — insert any favorite word to describe a great sound. Overall, the sound of the BeoPlay E8 is not much inferior to expensive full-length on-ear headphones — it is a clear and involving sound with a well-drawn transparent middle and slightly forward high frequencies. The bass is thick, dynamic and truly grown-up without discounting the miniature size. An additional plus is some prohibitively cool ergonomics, the headphones sit in the ears so clearly and confidently, as if it were a custom-tailored suit. After all, the sound in vacuum headphones largely depends on the quality of the fit in the ear.
Flexible adjustment of sound insulation level
In addition to the basic SBH codec, the wireless channel uses a more advanced AAC, thanks to which the headphones are able to perform well in conjunction with iOS mobile devices. But the headphones, unfortunately, do not support the aptX codec. The built-in microphones work not only for calls, but also allow you to control the level of sound isolation, allowing you to choose one of three levels — from the maximum, when you need to fully concentrate on the music, to the minimum, when, in addition to the sounds of music from the headphones, you need to hear well everything that is happening around. Bang&Olufsen called this technology Transparency Mode.
Stylish charging case
In terms of design, the BeoPlay E8 look nice, but not to say that they stand out in any way. But the miniature charging case with natural corrugated leather trim looks great. It looks more like a jewelry case than a regular headphone case. With regards to battery life, we have a standard 4 hours of operation from a single charge. The battery in the carrying case has a capacity of 365 mAh. This is enough for a couple of recharges, so that the total battery life reaches 12 hours. If it's not enough, then you should pay attention to the BeoPlay E8 2.0 with a more capacious battery.
Convenient control system
The model is interesting not only for its design, but also for control using touch panels on each earphone. It was done wisely and is different for the right and left channels: for example, to start the next track, you need to touch the right earphone, and to return to the previous one, touch the left earphone. It is the same with the sound level: a long touch on one makes it louder, on the other — quieter.
