Proprietary heater mounting technology
The aerodynamic shape of the body of the Ballu HeatMax BEC/HMM 2000 electric convector, which distinguishes all devices of the HeatMax series, will not leave anyone indifferent. A wide base with a smooth narrowing upwards increases the speed of the convective air flow and, as a result, increases the heating efficiency. The large Intake air intake grille lets in more air, increasing the heat flow into the room. The monolithic X-shaped heating element Double G Force with two-stage heating (1.0/2.0 kW) is fixed in the convection chamber with the proprietary Thermoresist compact mount. The device is equipped with legs on wheels for easy movement on the floor, as well as a bracket and a set of fasteners for wall mounting.
Drop Protect
The convector is designed for heating domestic premises up to 25 m2, but it is better to focus on the standard indicator of an area of 20 m2, which is more consistent with the power value. Thanks to the IP24 splash-proof design, it can be used even in humid bathroom conditions. Additional safety measures for the operation of the device are provided by the built-in overheating protection sensor and the Drop Protect anti-tilt sensor. The model is equipped with a mechanical control unit with a thermostat, a rotary heating control, as well as a combined power button and power level selection. After an unplanned power outage, the device restarts with the same settings as before (Auto Restart function). A short warranty period of 3 years does not affect the overall operational life of the heater, which is at least 10 years.
