The freezer compartment is at +10, and the fridge compartment at +15. We called the warranty service, and after about 2 hours of inspection and listening, they couldn't find the cause of this issue. The official ATLANT online store in Ukraine (where we bought the refrigerator) is passing the buck to the service center. So now we have a broken refrigerator for the 2nd week.
