The Asus family of 16-inch portable PCs belongs to the mid-budget Vivobook series, which combines balanced solutions for everyday tasks (business, work, study, etc.). Representatives of the line have a relatively thin form factor (thickness 19 mm), moderate weight (1.8 kg) and a durable body (it complies with the military standard MIL-STD-810). The keyboard backlight is designed to increase ease of use, and a webcam with a mechanical shutter will provide additional privacy.

All Asus Vivobook 16X OLED K3605ZF laptops are equipped with 12th Gen Intel Core i5 processors (Alder Lake). The engines' performance is supported by 16 GB of DDR4 RAM (without the possibility of adding slots or upgrades), and the graphics processing is handled by a discrete NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050 graphics card. The latter can provide stable fps in not the most demanding games and/or at low settings.

Other hardware worth highlighting is an SSD M.2 solid-state drive from 512 GB and a 50 Wh battery, which supports fast charging (recharge up to 50% in half an hour is stated) and power supply via USB C (Power Delivery function). Despite the fact that the name mentions OLED screen technology, most members of the family received an IPS matrix with a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels and 100% sRGB color gamut. A nice bonus of the models is the Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) wireless communication module, ready to work in the low-load 6 GHz band. It is also worth considering that you can connect no more than one monitor to a laptop PC.
