The products of the Italian manufacturer Ariete, which has been part of the De'Longhi group of companies since 2001, are distinguished by author's design, attention to detail and high reliability. The three-level electric steamer Ariete Healthy Steam 0911/00 with a total capacity of 9 liters is a convenient kitchen utensil for preparing healthy meals with maximum preservation of vitamins and micronutrients. The base unit with a 800 W heating element is made of white and green plastic, while the 3 food baskets with steam holes in the bottom are made of transparent plastic. The top is covered with a transparent lid.

Proper installation of baskets

The steamer can be used with any number of complete baskets, keeping the correct order of their installation. To do this, all baskets are numbered 1, 2 and 3, and during assembly they must be placed in numerical order from bottom to top. When using the complete rice bowl, it must fit in the lower basket (#1). The model is supplied with the water level indicator and the light indicator of heating. The device is put into operation by a timer (60 minutes), which has an auto-off function after the cooking time has elapsed. The device allows you to top up water during the steam cycle through the side openings of the pan. All removable parts, including baskets, lid, rice bowl, drip tray and steam pipe, can be washed under running warm water with neutral detergent. And to clean surfaces from lime deposits, you should use a 25-minute "idle" steaming cycle, pouring about 1 liter of descaling solution into the pan.
