The name of the model immediately indicates that this is an electric oven made in retro style: it received an original rounded shape, pastel colors and a special design of switches, like in vintage appliances. Therefore, it is better to choose for a small family. A round shape or a plate with a diameter of up to 30 cm or a small rectangular baking sheet is placed inside. Otherwise, the Ariete 979 Vintage is in no way inferior to more spacious modern devices. It heats up quickly (maximum temperature is 230 degrees) and is equipped with two heating elements that can work together or separately. For example, by turning on only the top heat, you will get a grilled chicken with a golden crust, a delicious steak or casserole. Or set the minimum temperature to quickly reheat already cooked food. But convection here, unfortunately, is not. A useful addition is a 60-minute timer that allows you to programme the cooking time.
