Compact Gasoline Cultivator from a Renowned Manufacturer
Large agricultural machinery is not always suitable for working on small or narrow plots, and in such cases, it is better to use compact motor cultivators like the AL-KO MH 360. The distance between the outer blades of this model is 36 cm, which is comparable to the dimensions of typical electric counterparts. This format allows for neat handling of rows in gardens or greenhouses without damaging plants and their root systems. The tilling depth can be adjusted using the coulter — a guiding beam installed at the rear of the body. The handles are adjustable in height, allowing the machine to be adapted to the user's height. With a weight of only 34 kg, the cultivator is highly maneuverable and easy to operate. For convenience when moving between plots, a front transportation wheel is provided, allowing the unit to be rolled without the need to lift it.
Easy Start, Confident Operation
The engine is a single-cylinder 4-stroke gasoline engine with a volume of 139 cm³, which ensures stable and long-lasting operation. The manufacturer emphasizes that the model is designed exclusively for household use and is not recommended for commercial exploitation. Starting is done manually, but thanks to the presence of a manual fuel priming pump and a reliable ignition system, starting does not require significant effort. The cultivator has one gear, and the speed of the blades is adjusted using the throttle lever, which allows selection between minimum and maximum speed, indicated by turtle and hare pictograms.
European Quality at the Price of “Chinese”
Unlike many competitors who have moved production to Asia, AL-KO continues to manufacture its cultivators in Austria, making them attractive to buyers oriented towards European quality. At the same time, the AL-KO MH 360 model features an affordable price, allowing it to successfully compete with cheaper counterparts of Chinese production.
