Great station. Well depth is 20m, water table at 9m. From the well to the pumping station is 25 meters + 9 down. From the pumping station to the house is 15 meters and an additional 12 meters within the house. So, it has been pumping without any issues for three years, both in winter and summer. Problem-free. If you are going to buy and are thinking about choosing, don’t think, take it, I’m sure you will be 100% satisfied. You won’t be able to find a better option with such job data. Also thank me for the recommendation. An excellent pump, no matter how you look at it. Well assembled, go to any construction market, touch it and you will be surprised how handsome it is. There are no special complaints about work either. The well was drilled to a depth of 55 meters, the pipe in the well was 5 pieces of plastic, solid along its entire length. A 32nd pipe with a check valve at the end is lowered from the pump into the pit. The length of the pipe is 9 meters, and the surface of the water itself is somewhere at a depth of 6 meters. The pump works absolutely fine and can cope with active use for a large family of 7 people and servicing a large plot of 20 acres. Various specialists suggest that for such active use a larger tank is needed, but I did not notice any discomfort. And the engine has been working well and stably for several days now, in such conditions. I don’t see any point in changing anything yet. i recommend it should buy |
There is a remark to the manufacturer, namely, after working for a year and a half, it stopped pumping water. I bought a pump from OBI, but not a plastic one, but a stainless steel one, and replaced it. In the fall of 2019, it stopped disconnecting. I thought that air had escaped, I decided to pump it up, but water came out of the spool - I had to buy a membrane. I do not recommend buying AL-KO products. Inexpensive pumping station (about $130) HW 3000 Classic will provide household needs for a family of 2 – 3 people, as well as care for a small suburban area.
Compact and lightweight
The station measuring 44x27x50 cm and weighing 11 kg is easy to transport and does not take up much space. The plastic housing guarantees no corrosion, so the pump can be safely installed in rooms with high humidity. It works a little louder than a robot vacuum cleaner (76 dB), so it will not greatly interfere with comfort.
Comfort minimum
A 650 W engine pumps 3100 liters per hour with a head of up to 35 m. This is enough for 2 – 3 points. The reservoir for maintaining pressure and storing water is a stainless steel water pressure tank with a volume of 17 liters. It is quite enough to compensate for water hammer when the pump is turned on and off, but it is not necessary to count on a tangible reserve of water when the light is turned off.
In general, AL-KO HW 3000 Classic is a great option for a small private house or summer cottage. Compact, efficient and at the same time inexpensive pumping system.
