I recommend it for those who like unembellished sound. Of course, many records in the collection will either have to be thrown into the trash or updated, revealing all the shortcomings. I never thought that headphones could compete with a stationary system and acoustics. I bought it after listening to top headphones from different brands for a long time. For me, these are by far the best headphones I've ever listened to. They reveal all the details of recordings when paired with a good DAC-amplifier.
