The AEG BKS 18 BL-0 saw is a professional tool designed for continuous work under load. Of course, you should not use it for longitudinal dissolution of boards (there are stationary circulars for this), because its element is cutting sheet materials and transverse cutting of wooden blanks into parts necessary for construction. Thanks to the 190 mm blade, the tool has a large sawing depth (64 mm). With a "proprietary" toothed circle, the saw cuts perfectly fifty-fifty boards, and inch boards are generally effortless. The regular disk can be replaced with any other having the same landing size of 30 mm.

Maximum comfort and safety

The tool can not be called large. It has a moderate weight (3.18 kg without batteries) and a compact layout. Users note good balance and a comfortable handle. The molded sole has a large window that provides excellent visibility at the cutting site (the backlight also contributes to good visibility). The soleplate itself has a wide range of adjustments for cutting depth and inclination (up to 56°).

The saw is equipped with a brushless motor, which is more energy efficient than conventional brushed motors, and better tolerates short-term overloads (when the blade is jammed, the electronics are triggered to protect the motor from overheating and damage).

A three-ampere battery is enough for about 30 cross cuts of a board measuring 150x50 mm (therefore, it is better to immediately buy a 5 Ah battery to ensure maximum operating time without recharging).
