A cordless planer for processing natural or processed wood. An efficient brushless motor ensures the rotation of the drum with double-sided knives at a speed of 14,300 rpm, which allows for high-quality surface processing. The amount of material to be removed is adjusted using the front rotary handle. The maximum planing depth is 2 mm. The AEG BHO 18BL-0 planer can also be used for rebate sampling (up to 12.5 mm) when processing window frames and some other parts.

The sole of the tool has one V-shaped groove, which is used to form chamfers on the edges of the boards, and a folding shoe, thanks to which the planer can be placed on the table until the drum with knives comes to a complete stop, without fear of damaging the surface. Chips can be ejected to the right or left. The tool is supplied with a textile dust collector, but without a battery and charger. The planer requires an AEG PRO18V battery.
