The model offers convection and rotisserie functions, providing professional roasting quality and even heat distribution throughout the chamber. Convection ensures constant circulation of hot air, while the rotating rotisserie is designed for roasting whole poultry and large cuts of meat.

Users have access to five operating modes that combine upper and lower heating elements with forced air circulation and rotisserie rotation, allowing perfect cooking of both fluffy pastries and whole rotisserie chicken. The temperature range of the Adler AD 6028 is from 90 to 230 °C, and the built-in timer of up to 60 minutes with an audible notification eliminates the need to constantly watch the time.
