PK-920H is an affordable entry-level webcam from a well-known manufacturer of keyboards and mice in our area. Installed on the monitor, A4 Tech PK-920H looks organic and stylish. The design of the camera can be called futuristic, the variant looks especially interesting not with a classic silver, but with an orange edging.

Install Drivers

Now how does it all work. And it works inconsistently. If you do not install the drivers, then the camera is tied to the computer, but it works as God puts it on the soul. The image can be compressed up to 640x480, the sound will be like a barrel, and the video stream is constantly twitching. In many ways, this is why there are so many complaints about the camera on the network. If the drivers are in place, then we will have a completely ordinary middle-class webcam with an adequate price tag and a simple noise reduction system for the microphone.

1080p video stream

According to the passport, it transmits a picture in 1080p resolution, but it feels more like 720p: a slight pixelation is visible in the frame, which is especially noticeable if the camera catches a dynamic object. Then the picture is slightly blurred, and the pixels become even more noticeable. But if you need to take a screenshot, the camera software will programmatically increase the image size from 2 to 16 MP. At the same time, she skillfully fishes out information in low light conditions, and the built-in microphone, for better or worse, perfectly “catches” the speech of not only the interlocutor, but also what is happening in his room. For example, during a call with a colleague, the cries of a cat were heard, which was in the kitchen and, apparently, demanded a second bag of food.
