The Mips technology and Koroyd protection work in tandem to help absorb and reduce rotational impact energy in the event of a crash, while the ventilated design increases airflow when we work up a sweat. Plus, with an XT2 odor-resistant lining, this helmet won't stink up our gear closet after big mountain days.

The Kids' Prospect Jr. MIPS Helmet boasts Smith's most advanced features found in a ski helmet. It has a MIPS (Multi Direction Impact Protection System) inner lining that rotates slightly upon impact more→to absorb side-angled crashes commonly occurred from falling on skis and snowboards. Smith's Koroyd foam has a honeycomb structure that enhances ventilation and lightness without compromising overall safety.
