A simple model with a timer

The VENTS 100 MT axial exhaust fan is one of the simplest models of the M series, supplemented only by an adjustable switch-off timer that allows the unit to continue working for 2-30 minutes after you leave the room. The model is designed for periodic or continuous exhaust ventilation of kitchens, bathrooms, showers and other household premises. The device is designed for universal installation in a ventilation shaft opening on the ceiling or a horizontal air duct on a wall with a diameter of 100 mm. The case of the device is made of durable ABS plastic, resistant to ultraviolet radiation. The installation depth is 66 mm, and the cover plate of the housing is attached to the plane at the corners with 4 screws. Outside, it is closed with a decorative square overlay measuring 159x159x23 mm, which has an inner window and a lamellar grille, which simultaneously acts as stiffeners. The power indicator light on the panel lights up during operation.

The reliable electric fan motor, which is designed to work in a 230 V household electrical network, consumes 14 watts of power. It provides rotation of a 5-blade impeller at a speed of 2300 rpm. Unlike more expensive models in the line, this device does not use rolling bearings, but this should not be expected from a device with a low-cost price tag. The fan is relatively quiet (34 dB), but you can't call it absolutely silent. The model is equipped with protection against overheating and IP34 water ingress protection, which is suitable for operation of the device in damp rooms. The fan comes with fasteners and a screwdriver needed to set the turn-off delay time using the adjusting screw. Of the obvious disadvantages of the device, it is worth noting the absence of a check valve that prevents the penetration of outside air into the room. We must pay tribute to the Ukrainian manufacturer for a long 5-year warranty on the product.
