Budget Option for Dry Cleaning
The Sencor brand robot vacuum cleaner belongs to the budget segment and is aimed at users who need a simple model without excessive features at an affordable price. Despite its budget status, the device confidently handles everyday cleaning. Trash collection is managed by a V-shaped turbo brush combined with two side brushes that effectively sweep dirt out of corners, along baseboards, and in hard-to-reach areas. The vacuum's power is sufficient to collect dust and larger debris from hard floors and low-pile carpets. The dust container with a capacity of 475 ml holds enough debris to not require frequent cleaning.
Autonomous operation is provided by a 2600 mAh battery, which lasts for about 2 hours of continuous cleaning. A full charge takes approximately 5 hours. When the battery level drops, the robot automatically returns to the docking station to recharge.
Navigation and Smartphone Control
To navigate its surroundings, the Sencor SRV 9200 BK uses a LIDAR laser rangefinder, gyroscope, infrared sensors, and a number of auxiliary sensors to prevent collisions. The model lacks object recognition functions, so it is recommended to clear small items from the floor such as cables, toys, socks, and other things that the robot might snag on before starting the cleaning. Nonetheless, the device builds fairly accurate room maps, plans optimal routes, doesn't fall down stairs, and can climb over thresholds up to 1.5 cm in height.
The vacuum is controlled via Wi-Fi through a mobile app, where you can view maps and set a cleaning schedule by days of the week and specific times.
