Household small-sized filtration coffee maker designed for the simultaneous preparation of two cups of Americano coffee. Works with pre-ground coffee, which is loaded into a special conical filter made of mesh based on durable and high-strength polyamide fibre. The brewing process in this machine is carried out at atmospheric pressure (without a pump) and at a temperature of approximately 90 °C.

Hot water in frequent drops (almost a thin stream) is filtered through a layer of ground coffee beans and provides a medium level of extraction. In terms of strength and tonic effect, such a drink is somewhat inferior to oriental coffee (brewing in a Turk) and espresso (quick extraction at high temperature and high pressure), but it has a mild and pleasant taste for most users.

The Sencor SCE 2000 coffee maker is capable of preparing up to 300 mL of high-quality Americano, poured into two separate cups, in one operation cycle. The aroma, taste and invigorating ability of the drink are equally dependent on the type / variety of the original grain coffee and the degree of grinding during grinding. Best results are achieved with conical or burr grinders that produce approximately equal particle sizes. You can control the coffee strength by changing the load of ground coffee or by slightly reducing the amount of water. The coffee maker is made of plastic and has a simple mechanical control.
