If you have a small budget for purchasing tires, this is one of the best options. 35k mileage, the tread is very well preserved, I think it can go another 35k. This is purely highway and city tires (IMHO) and works very poorly on wet grass. Potholes in asphalt are the main enemies (side punctures and bumps). I can't comment on the "noise level of the tires". VAZ 2114, windows open, so there's already a lot of road noise. Definitely better than Russian counterparts. Probably comparable to good Chinese brands and older models from 7-10 years ago. I've been using this manufacturer's tires for 6 years, the winter ones are also Sava. No complaints, as the price/quality ratio is maintained. I don't see the point in overpaying for more hyped brands. Tip: when buying tires, be sure to check their manufacturing date - last year's tires are already subpar. The tire is soft, the compound is strong enough for several seasons. The noise level is within normal limits.
