excellent budget tires, I drive them a lot and have no complaints. quiet, durable and soft (compared to Fulda) no |
i also had Nokian tires, wore them out completely. I drove over bumps too, and not always carefully, but over two seasons, not a single puncture, cut, or any other damage - the main thing is not to brake right on the bump, because no tire can withstand that. Nokian's road performance is superb, although I had the Russian Nordman SX (the same as Hakka I3), and there are 3 downsides - worn out after 40,000 km to the wear indicators (barely visible 3), more wear on the inner edge than the outer, even though alignment is fine (the winter tires wear evenly), and when the tread depth is 4 mm or less, the driving qualities significantly and sharply deteriorate. I thought about buying tires from another brand, but I wrote such a good review that I decided to go for the good old Nokian, even if it's Nordman SX, even if it's Russian, it's really good. excellent grip in the rain, in turns, even drove once at 100 km/h on wet snow, and it performed great (no wonder it says on the sidewall that it's an all-season tire for the USA), brakes are superb - a couple of times really saved me from a collision, not afraid of our potholes, soft - absorbs small bumps. Doesn't handle well on mud and sand - the tires are purely for the track, with fast and uneven wear (though I never spared them those 40,000 km!!! and never had a tire repair and never let me down). A bit pricey these days, I bought them in 2011 for 185-65/14 at €26 per tire. |
Bought it in 2012. It got warmer, so I went to get it installed. The tire fitters covered the whole rim with weights while balancing, thought they were experts. I went to another place to balance the other two wheels - same result. Not noisy. Handles well on water and in frost (it got suddenly cold, roads were slippery, snow - but it stayed predictable). Brakes slightly worse than Fuldas (which I had before). Performs well in water and frost Poorly balanced |
