A gear shifter with an H-pattern, entirely crafted from anodized aerospace aluminum using CNC milling — it offers a solid construction that feels monolithic with no play even during intense use. The configuration includes seven forward gears and one reverse gear, meeting the needs of most racing disciplines — from production cars to prototypes. The reverse and seventh gears are locked against accidental shifts: to activate them, it is necessary to push the lever down, preventing incorrect shifting in the heat of the race. The lever positioning is ensured by a contactless angle sensor with 15-bit resolution — precise and maintenance-free due to the absence of mechanical wear. A patented damping mechanism adds amortization and density to each shift, bringing the tactile...sensation closer to that of a real gearbox. Perhaps the most interesting feature is the patented smart downshifting system. The MOZA Racing HGP Shifter gaming controller features a patented automatic throttle blip system: when downshifting, the device briefly applies throttle on its own, smoothing the difference in RPMs — in real driving, this requires mastering the complex technique of simultaneously working the brake and throttle with one foot. The feature is fully adjustable and can be disabled through the Pit House software. The shift knob is interchangeable and compatible with aftermarket equivalents. It can be mounted on most racing rigs, and a separate clamp is provided for desktop mounting. Connection is direct to PC via USB or to the steering base through a compatible port. A funnel-shaped dust cover protects the internal mechanism.
