Model overview based on user reviews
The MARIO Hotel-I heated towel rail impresses with its stylish design and multiple heating modes, offering three temperature settings and two timer options. Users appreciate the quality of welded seams and the option for hidden mounting, although the necessary accessories are not included. The product features a decorative mounting skirt to prevent scratches and allows for flexible power cord attachment. Despite its high price, users find it comparable to European quality, with the added benefit of being a Ukrainian product. Some concerns include a weak power connection and minor condensation in the control panel. Installation is straightforward, though some instructions may seem daunting. Overall, the MARIO Hotel-I is a reliable choice, with its efficient heating performance and thoughtful design elements.
Pros

Cons

Satisfied with the purchase for now, time will tell. That's about it...

For unknown reasons, it could only be sent to the cargo department of Nova Poshta, even though the box fully meets the requirements for the regular department (up to 30 kg, dimensions up to 120x120x120 cm), with the longest side being 117 cm, and weight up to 10 kg. It's unclear... Maybe someone else will encounter this issue since cargo departments are much less common.

Some points in the instructions are a bit intimidating :D

Using the thermal imager (photos in two parts), I tried to show the location of the heating element (HE) (highlighted with a red frame). Don’t pay attention to the temperature readings, as my thermal imager cannot accurately capture stainless steel. We can see that the heating element snakes around and is absent in some vertical parts (as stated in the instructions).

I took temperature readings with a thermocouple in three modes, and current readings with a wattmeter. The modes differ ONLY by heating time. That is, the HE always takes 115 Watts, but in the first mode it is on for a shorter time, while in the last mode it may be almost always on (or always, possibly depending on external factors). Room temp.= 19.5 degrees. The towel warmer was covered with three damp towels.

1st mode after 1 hour of operation: 0.037 Kwh (HE was actually on for 34 minutes). Temperature 29/31 (bottom/top of the warmer).
2nd: 0.070 Kwh (50 min). Temperature 38/42.
3rd: 0.106 Kwh (60 min). Temperature 45/57.

P.S.: Readings are somewhat approximate and differ from those stated, but the manufacturer noted this in the instructions.
Timer (3 or 6 hours) and 3 temperature modes in the casing; quality of welded seams, possibility of hidden mounting (not included!); ability to attach the power cord on both the right and left; decorative mounting skirts in protective film to prevent scratches (not shown in the photo, decided not to install); easy installation; option to choose different towel rack heights in the Hotel model; good laser engraving with network information, etc. (it doesn't change much, but as a small plus, it's worth noting for the manufacturer); Ukrainian product (it's nice when a Ukrainian product does not fall short of European quality).
Weak power connection (a stiff power cord can break it if stretched to a distant socket); a small amount of condensation appears inside the control panel during operation (not sure how critical this is); the mounting bushings come without a protective film (unlike the skirts) together with the screws, which makes them slightly scratched; and the high price; specifically, my unit came with a defect in the lower button, it presses but without the characteristic click like the upper one.

First we brush it with an electric towel, so there is nothing to mess with, but it works better. Heats up to the maximum temperature in about 10-15 minutes. There are three heating modes, and two timer modes. For a more neat look, add a set of accessories for installation of livery.Zapituvati You can use a towel for right or wrong.
It looks awesome how many robot modes there are.
