The tyre of the Turkish breed Lassa Competus Winter 2 is sharpened for use on wheels of large SUVs, crossovers and urban SUVs. It is supposed to operate in the cold season.

When developing the second generation, the models did not "reinvent the wheel" and borrowed the tread pattern from the passenger counterpart Lassa Snoways 3. The blocks in the central zone of the tyre's tread are dispersed alternately. They form a monolithic ridge, which is responsible for excellent directional stability and prompt response to steering wheel rotation. The tread blocks are cut with zigzag sipes, aimed at increasing the edge effect and “slippery” grip properties.

Wide circumferential drainage channels, together with perpendicular drainage grooves, perform the function of fast self-cleaning of the tread from water and melted snow. The tyre confidently resists hydroplaning and slashplaning. It does not disappoint on dry pavement either - the braking efficiency of the model is rated as "excellent".

Frost-resistant rubber compound

Tyre cocktail Lassa Competus Winter 2 is distinguished by a high content of additives added to ensure frost resistance. Rubber adequately responds to fluctuations in the mercury column of the thermometer, and the model also captivates with long mileage. In anticipation of the winter season 2021-2022. Turkish tyre manufacturers have released an improved version of the tyre in question with the prefix Plus. Its design has remained virtually unchanged, and the changes have affected the composition of the rubber mixture in order to noticeably improve grip.
