Overclocker memory at the price of a regular one

In terms of price and performance, the Fury Black memory sticks from the Kingston gaming division are almost unrivaled. It costs literally 5-10 bucks more than the cheapest 8GB stick you can find, but for that tiny extra you really get a great memory from one of the most reputable brands on the market, with increased operating frequency and a bunch of other small benefits.

From 2666 MHz to 3200 MHz without problems

Our Fury Black runs out of the box at 2666 MHz with CL16 timings. If the bar already in the computer operates at a lower frequency, then Fury Black will adjust to it and it will be just a good option from the install and forget category. If you are completely updating the RAM, then pleasant surprises await you. Namely, B-die chips from Samsung, which enthusiasts love so much. Therefore, with due perseverance and overclocking skills, regular 2666 MHz can be easily fired up to 2993 – 3200 MHz. Some reviews claim that they were able to squeeze all 3466 MHz out of it, like one of the older HyperX Fury Black models. But this is how lucky. Yes, and not the fact that it will work stably. Anyway, this is a good increase in the speed and responsiveness of the system.

Stylish and cold memory

Plus, Fury Black uses a stylish and compact black heatsink that, if necessary, will cool the chips during overclocking, but it will not create any problems with installation in a loaded case with a large cooler or a couple of video cards. And it looks much more presentable than a very cheap gaming memory, which is wrapped in ordinary foil with the company logo instead of heatsinks.
