Model overview based on user reviews
The Goodyear EfficientGrip Compact tires are highly praised for their excellent grip on wet asphalt and resistance to aquaplaning, making them ideal for rainy regions. Users appreciate their affordable price and durability, with many noting that they are wear-resistant and can last multiple seasons. The tires offer a smooth and quiet ride, with short braking distances even in wet conditions. While some users mention that the tires are hard, they also highlight the fuel efficiency and sturdy construction, which withstands potholes and rough roads. Overall, these tires are considered a great value for city driving, especially in wet weather, although they may not be suited for high-speed driving or off-road conditions.

The rubber first attracted me because of the price, so I decided to try it, anyway, the old one was already all bald. I was very pleased with the grip on wet asphalt; it holds the road confidently even in deep puddles. No hydroplaning and very clear directional stability. Price, grip on wet asphalt, no hydroplaning I don't see any flaws use Goodyear EfficientGrip Compact 185/65 R15 88T more than year |
I have the same model, and I have no complaints about it. It runs great around the city with no problems on turns, and the braking distance is short. There's no aquaplaning even in deep puddles. Although at first glance it may seem a bit too soft, as it did to me initially, it doesn't feel sluggish in the heat, and bumps aren't too jarring. I believe it's well worth the money. Wet asphalt No use Goodyear EfficientGrip Compact 185/65 R15 88T more than year |
Cool tires at a low price, very comfortable to drive - I've had the same ones for two seasons now. They give my previous Bridgestones a huge head start. The Goodyear Equipment Grip Compact has a shorter braking distance on wet asphalt and there is no aquaplaning at all, unlike breeches. In addition, they are also cheaper, so I recommend them. Low price, short braking distance, no aquaplaning It seems like without them use Goodyear EfficientGrip Compact 185/65 R15 88T more than year |
