How to Choose Summer TiresIn this tyres review we will tell you about main criteria to consider when choosing the right summer tyres for your car

Subsidiary brands of leading tyre companiesTyres from sub-brands have the same qualities as the products of the parent companies
I got this model as a replacement for the stock one, assuming that this tire is most likely developed for this type of car. I'm not overly satisfied, but I bought them for only 1000 UAH together with the rims, used them for a season, and the tread barely wore down - they still look new. The main thing is not to accelerate quickly from traffic lights, and the tires will last you a long time! I recommend them to all Lanos drivers and there's no need to look at Nokian, these are tires specifically developed for such cars. Cheap and reliable, believe me, it's a better option than all-season tires. Cheap, ideal for driving around the city in winter, and it’s fine at -20 as well, it plows through snow, but it’s quite bad on slushy ice, really quite bad. One big advantage is that the tread doesn't wear out quickly. Everyone says that winter tires are softer and shouldn’t be noisy, but for me, this new winter tire makes more noise than my bald summer one. If it had studs, the noise would be even louder. For this price - it's certainly not worth complaining about. |
Installed this model on a Tavria Slavuta, the car is crap, but even such a hang glider felt like a tram on rails on the road. Get them for winter, switch them off in summer, and you won't notice the difference between summer and winter roads. Excellent SNOW, Excellent ICE. Washable in summer |
For rubber that costs on average 400 UAH, there's no reason to complain. It performs excellently on snowy roads and slightly worse on ice, but if you drive sensibly, it's all okay. It's also worth noting that the tire wear is negligible; I put them on for the second season after the first one went perfectly. The advantages include excellent navigation through snow and mud, as well as slush. Additionally, positive aspects are low noise, softness, and of course, the cost of the tires. Of the drawbacks, it's the performance in above-zero temperatures, as well as on wet asphalt - it starts to skid, but after all, it's not studded tires. |
