The hydraulically controlled instantaneous electric heater Clage MBH 6 is produced by a German manufacturer of energy-saving hot water technology in Lüneburg in Lower Saxony. The quality of the European assembly could not but affect the price of the device — it costs about twice as much as its "relatives" from China. Designed to be installed under a sink or kitchen sink, the device is compatible with all conventional faucet types and serves as a standard installation solution for all domestic water systems. The model is resistant to high water pressure (10 bar) and is designed for vertical installation. For ease of connection, a tee, a flexible connection hose (50 cm) and 2 types of aerators (flow regulators) for mixers are supplied with the device. Please note that the connecting threads of the nozzles located on the top are 3/8 inch.

Adjustment of a water consumption by the screw

As a heating element, the device uses an economical (class A) single-stage spiral heating element with a power of 5.7 kW, which is resistant to scale formation. Heating is regulated mechanically by changing the flow, and switching on and off works automatically along with opening / closing the water supply tap. The flow sensor is triggered at a minimum flow rate of 2.2 L/min, and the maximum output at 25 °C (∆t) water heating is 3.3 L/min. An adjusting screw is placed on the body of the device near the nozzles, which allows you to optimize the flow rate, which determines a comfortable temperature at the outlet of the tap. A mesh filter is installed on the inlet pipe, which must be periodically cleaned of accumulated dirt that prevents the movement of water. The water heater fully complies with EU regulations and standards, and the factory warranty for it is 3 years.
