Video reviews

Bosch MFW66020 is a reliable and unpretentious "workhorse" for twisting minced meat on an ordinary (home) scale. The meat grinder boasts a successful design, a powerful electric motor and a high level of safety. But first things first.

I keep everything in myself

Let's start, as usual, with the appearance. The body of the device is made of matte plastic, painted in grey-white tones of the palette. The model has a carrying handle on top, a two-button control unit on the side, and a compartment for the power cord on the bottom (the wire is pushed into it manually). Also , under the cover on the upper end there is a built-in storage compartment for the trinity of forming discs (3, 4.8 and 8 mm). The hollow "insides" of the pusher serve as a haven for nozzles for kebbe and homemade sausages.

Performance

At its peak, the 650-watt motor of the device produces 1800 watts of power, while it is protected from both overheating and overload. With the help of the reverse function, the auger of the device starts to rotate in the opposite direction, which allows you to clean it from meat veins without disassembly. With such data, the model is capable of processing up to 3 kg of meat per minute for minced meat. In fact, you should count on 1-1.5 kg of twisted meat — it is simply difficult to push more into the loading neck with a diameter of 4.5 cm.

Harvesting for the future

The screw shaft, nozzles and docking elements of the meat grinder are made of stainless steel. The knife and disks from it can be washed in a dishwasher, aluminium parts — only by hand. Bosch MFW66020 will satisfy the requirements of large families where they are used to harvesting minced meat for future use. Over the years of its presence on the market, the model has recommended itself in a positive way, which is why you can safely close your eyes to minor flaws (increased noise and thin walls of the pusher).
