Line AutoPart Galaxy Gold

Maintenance-free lead-acid starter batteries for cars and minivans with average energy consumption. Models in the range are available in increased capacity versions, often surpassing 100 Ah. The batteries in this series are manufactured by the Polish company AutoPart. They feature a "European" casing with standard tapered terminals and a right or left "plus" terminal. The AutoPart Galaxy Gold ensures safe operation with a built-in flame arrester and a central gas removal system (KAMINA).

The batteries in this line exhibit resistance to deep discharges, deliver high starting currents for cold engine starts, and are characterized by durability and excellent vibration resistance (ideal for regular travel on poor-quality roads). Additionally, they provide robustness against shocks and vibrations. The model is intended for use in standard onboard electrical systems with a power supply voltage of 12V.

Model overview based on user reviews
The AutoPart Galaxy Gold car battery has received mixed reviews from users. One user praises its unpretentious nature, good price, and durability, sharing a positive experience over five winters, even after a mishap with jump-starting another car. However, another user had a contrasting experience, describing the battery as unreliable, noting it started dying at the first frosts and failed to crank at -20°C without recharging. This highlights a significant variance in performance, suggesting potential inconsistencies in quality or suitability for different climates.

great model, I really liked it

This is my 5th winter riding. Before each cold season, I charge it up, check the cells, no matter if it turns over half a turn or not. There was an incident when I was jump-starting another car, the person mixed up the terminals, the wires caught fire, melted, and stuck to the body. Survived.
Unpretentious, good price, durability.

Let whoever makes it be the one to ride it.
When buying it was called one of the best of that period, but it turned out to be junk.
Started dying even at the first frosts at -5°C, and by -20 in the morning, it wouldn't crank at all without recharging.
