Line Swift Go 14 SFG14-41
Lightweight, comfortable and stylish, Acer's 2023 Swift Go mid-range Ultrabooks are designed and optimized for on-the-go performance. The claimed weight of the aluminum body is 1.25 kg with a thickness of only 16 mm. For a device with a 14-inch screen, these are modest numbers, so such a device is unlikely to somehow embarrass the owner, lying in a bag or backpack. The built-in battery holds a charge throughout the working day without any problems, without requiring emergency recharging at the most inopportune moment. To control the laptop, there is a comfortable ergonomic keyboard with solid color backlighting and a massive glass touchpad with support for gesture control. The webcam is equipped with a pair of microphones with intelligent PurifiedVoice noise reduction and supports the Acer TNR feature for high-quality image transmission in low light conditions. Instead of a Full HD sensor, Acer engineers installed high-end "optics" with a resolution of 2560 × 1440 (Quad HD) to improve the quality of video calls in conditional Zoom. The hardware "stuffing" of this line is based on the AMD Ryzen Barcelo mobile platform (Zen 3 microarchitecture), in which the Ryzen 5/7 processor complements the integrated Vega 7/8 video chip. The advanced TwinAir cooling system is responsible for cooling the processor with two fans and additional heat-conducting pipes made of copper. The memory kit includes 8GB to 16GB of energy efficient 4266MHz LPDDR4X RAM and up to 1024GB M.2 SSD. In addition, it should be noted the presence of modern USB C ports, an HDMI 2.1 interface for connecting an ultrabook to an external monitor, an anti-theft lock and biometric fingerprint protection. But the 14-inch IPS screen does not stand out for something unusual (1080p resolution, 60 Hz refresh rate) and hardly claims to be a professional device for working with photos and video materials. For this, slightly more expensive Swift modifications with OLED screens are better suited.
