Fairly simple and affordable laptops of the office-educational category from the Acer Aspire Go 2025 lineup. Positioned by the manufacturer as an affordable ultra-budget-class solution, these laptops emphasize basic functionality and low price. Suitable for students, office workers, and users seeking an inexpensive home laptop for multimedia entertainment, studying, text processing, and other not-too-complex tasks.
However, due to the modest hardware performance, limited display features, and minimal set of auxiliary functions, Aspire Go 15 laptops are not suitable for users needing more than just a "workhorse." The entry-level models use 4-core Intel N-series Twin Lake processors, while the higher-end models are equipped with more powerful 8-core Core 3 processors (not to be confused with Core i3).
The DDR5 RAM ranges between 8 and 16 GB: 8 GB is sufficient for standard scenarios, while 16 GB provides a bit of leeway for multitasking. The display features a basic IPS screen with a diagonal of 15.6 inches, resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. The color gamut is limited to 45% NTSC, and the maximum brightness does not exceed 250 nits, making the display not particularly suitable for photo and video work or use in brightly lit environments. Among additional features are a wireless controller with Wi-Fi 6, HDMI 2.1 port for connecting external monitors, fast charging, and an HD webcam.
