it's a great candidate for surfing, watching movies, and office work.

The most budget-friendly yet still a laptop, not an oversized phone/tablet with a keyboard. Perfectly suitable for work.
Full HD display, design. Ryzen processor.
The webcam is a disaster! 640 x 480 and the image is terrible, Skype can't even decode the stream and crashes with an error during a video call, especially on the other side (you can end a boring conversation by turning on the video during the call and Skype will close for the other person.)
use Acer Aspire 3 A315-41 less than month

Buy another laptop, it's for office use, it's a long wait, my computer costs 10k and that's better

At first, the laptop was slow when I bought it; I ordered an SSD, and everything was fine afterward. The games lag; I have a computer for €9.00, and it performs four times better. This laptop is not for gaming; it's for office work.
dDR4 memory, WiFi supports up to 802.11AC, HDMI has a long delay
a weak processor for that price, no video card, no SSD
