Compact mirrorless camera with an emphasis on video shooting. The camera is aimed at convenient vlog recording. Video is recorded on it in a maximum resolution of 4K (3840x2160 pixels) with a frame rate of up to 30 fps. The crop factor of the image is 1.2x. Without crop, shooting 4K video on a mirrorless camera is supposed to be at a lower frame rate of 24 fps. The model records videos in Full HD format with a frame rate of up to 240 fps.

The operator has access to S-Log3 and HLG gamma curve profiles. The Sony ZV-E10 kit is equipped with a directional three-channel microphone with a furry windscreen, a touch screen with a selfie position, a zoom lever around the shutter button - everything for comfortable video shooting. The model supports the installation of interchangeable optics. But there is no matrix stub on board the camera - the operator is invited to use stabilized lenses, since a lot of them have been released for the Sony E system.

The heart of the mirrorless camera is a 24.2-megapixel APS-C sensor with light sensitivity ranging from ISO 100 to 32,000. The autofocus system of the model is hybrid, in fact it relies on 425 focusing points. At the usual place of the viewfinder in the design of the “carcass” of the camera is a “hot shoe” for connecting auxiliary accessories such as a camera light or a digital microphone. The kit lens for the model usually comes with a universal zoom of 16-50 mm with a “floating” maximum aperture of f / 3.5-5.6 and optical image stabilization.
