Lenovo's line of low-cost and mid-budget laptops has expanded to the company's V series in 2023 and includes portable PCs designed for work and business. All laptops in the family are equipped with a 15.6-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels, standard Hertz (60 Hz), and basic image brightness and contrast settings. At the same time, the display is considered safe for vision, which is partly confirmed by the certification of the TÜV Rheinland concern. Also, the models in the line have relatively small dimensions (case thickness 20 mm) and balanced weight (1.65 kg), and are well protected from mechanical damage (meet the military standard MIL-STD-810). The laptops are based on the Intel Alder Lake platform (12th Gen) and have a 12-core Core i5 processor, an integrated Xe Graphics G7 graphics card and at least 8 GB of RAM (more expensive versions have 16 GB). For data storage, an SSD M.2 solid-state drive from 256 to 512 GB is offered, and a 38 Wh rechargeable battery is responsible for long-term autonomy, which, according to the manufacturer, can exceed 9 hours. The latter also supports the Power Delivery function (powering connected devices via USB C) and fast charging (you can replenish up to 80% of the battery capacity in an hour). Among other features of the laptops, it is worth highlighting the presence of a moisture-resistant island keyboard, a webcam with a protective shutter to increase user privacy, a gigabit LAN port and a Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) wireless module.
