TPM

— an encryption block that protects information on a PC from unauthorized access. It allows not only to create keys, without which information cannot be read, but also to bind these keys to a specific computer — in such a way that they simply could not work on a different system configuration. In normal home use, these features are rarely required, but they are very useful for a business environment where sensitive information is often required to be protected.
