Monitors with SCART connector

SCART

— an outdated, but still widely used interface for transmitting audio and video signals; the largest connector in consumer video equipment, has characteristic rectangular shape. At the same time, SCART does not have “own” signal format — it is only type of connector through which data can be transmitted in different formats. Mostly these are analogue standards — composite, component, S-Video, etc. The specific capabilities of this connector in different monitors may be different, they should be specified separately.

Also note that SCART was originally created for use in television and video equipment, and such connector is unlikely to be useful for connecting to PC. But it ensures the compatibility of the monitor with various video devices, including outdated and very specific ones.
